It’s going to change. With every commit, GitHub Pages will run Jekyll to rebuild the site based on the content of my Markdown files. You don’t need to know any of that, so this is more a note for myself in case I get distracted by something shiny and forget what I was doing.

Your Pages site will use the layout and styles from the Jekyll theme you have selected in your repository settings. The name of this theme is saved in the Jekyll _config.yml configuration file.
